Are you looking for Vital Records from other Italian towns? Look Here
A Work In Progress. Please note that these records are limited at the moment. Please be patient while I continue to extract these records. Pubblicazioni are marriage banns. A couple who intended to marry had to report to the town hall and file their marriage banns. The state civil official would document the proceedings on paper and review the documents that the couple brought in. The couple was required to show a copy of their birth acts and their parents had to be present. If the parents were deceased a copy of their death acts also had to be provided as proof. Once the Pubblicazioni was recorded it had to be posted 3 weeks outside the villiage hall before the couple could marry.
To see a translation of the basic pubblicazioni document, it may be viewed on my other site here.
